* Share Value - Post relevant news, business opportunities, events, or resources that benefit the community.
* Keep It Professional - Discussions should be IT and business-focused; avoid off-topic conversations.
* For Job Seekers & Resumes - Use the official RITA job portal: https://ritaindia.org/job or the designated Resume WhatsApp Group.
❌ Don'ts:
* No Spam - Avoid unsolicited promotions, forwarded messages, or irrelevant content (e.g., "Good morning" or social networking posts).
* No Personal Attacks - Any form of disrespect, arguments, or offensive language will not be tolerated.
* No Excessive Promotions - Promote your services only when relevant or in response to a specific request.
* No Sharing Private Info - Do not share members' personal contact details or sensitive data without consent.
Annual WhatsApp Group Update Policy
To maintain an active and organized group, a new WhatsApp group will be created each year exclusively for that year's RITA members. All official communication and discussions will take place in that particular current year's group only.
Zero Tolerance for Spam
Members violating spam or decorum guidelines will be removed immediately and blacklisted from RITA platforms.
